If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation details will be presented before purchase and governed by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risk, legal requirements, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and proprietary materials are owned by MyGymLogs or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

12. Warranties and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law.
